In 2015, Philip Lacoste and Fabian Freund started trueVRsystems with the goal of evolutionizing
the location-based entertainment (LBE) industry by developing fully immersive yet affordable escape rooms. Both founders are industry veterans and have amassed years of experience with traditional offerings such as laser-tag and airsoft. They identified the need for immersive and teamoriented experiences that are not limited by costly static sets that tend to lose their appeal once players have interacted with them a few times.
In addition to the aforementioned entertainment packages, trueVRsystems offers unique customdeveloped solutions for theme parks, first responder training, real-estate and infotainment. Since the first company-owned center opened to the public in November of 2016, trueVRsystems has rapidly expanded and is now represented
in 15 venues around the world, with further locations expected to open within 2020 / early 2021.
