I would like to give you information about cleaning HP PCs and Print systems. According to the BAG, it is not yet exactly clear how long viruses remain infectious on different surfaces. According to initial findings, the viruses remain active for up to 3 days on plastic and stainless steel. On Cardboard packaging the virus is active for a maximum of up to one day. The packages sent by HP are considered harmless given the current information. Official statement regarding packaging here.
It is needless to say that we have to stay home and wash our hands.
