The ZBook family of high-performance mobile workstations has grown. The new ZBook Power G10, which is available in an AMD model for the first time, particularly stands out. This brings power to the work of engineers, architects and product designers

The tenth-generation ZBook Power model combines a level of performance that professionals need with mobility. Top performance is no longer tied to the office workplace, but can be accessed anywhere. This is made possible by a series of selected, coordinated top components.

At the center are the processor and graphics units. On the one hand, there is a choice of 13th generation Intel Core processors with NVIDIA graphics units up to the RTX 3000 Ada model with 8 GB of high-transfer GDDR memory, and on the other hand, for the first time, AMD processors of the Ryzen Pro class. AMD offers two options for the graphics: one with an integrated Radeon graphics unit and a separate NVIDIA graphics card up to RTX 2000 Ada as an alternative. This makes it possible to work smoothly even in demanding 2D and 3D workflows.

In addition to outstanding performance values, the AMD units come up with integrated security features. Among other things, this includes a sophisticated memory protection that prevents attackers from accessing sensitive data in the memory and defuses the danger of cold start attacks by completely encrypting the system memory. The integrated HP Wolf Security for Business performance package provides additional security.

The memory options are also involved in the overall strong performance. With up to 64 GB of RAM, professionals can quickly design and edit projects. Internal NVMe storage capacities of up to 8 TB bring high speed to the processing of multiple parallel processes (and incidentally eliminate the need for external storage capacities). The 15.6-inch screen (diagonal of just under 40 cm) can also keep up with this performance claim. The resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels brings content razor-sharp on the monitor, the refresh rate of 120 Hz ensures smooth movements. A Dreamcolor screen is available as an option for particularly high demands on color reproduction.

As a high-end mobile workstation, the ZBook Power G10 provides a well-stocked feature set for the age of hybrid workstyles. First and foremost is the long battery life, which is enough for a day of meetings without having to plug the device in. HP Fast Charge also charges the battery by half in 30 minutes. Another feature suppresses background noise, enabling online collaboration with the best call quality. Support for Wi-Fi 6E increases the efficiency and reliability of wireless connections with a high density of end devices. Last but not least, there is a nice additional feature: Those who feel the need to move around a bit during a video call can rely on HP Auto Frame, which ensures that the camera and sound follow those in need of movement within an 88-degree field of view.
